After assessing the importance vs presence of key conditions, the whole team experiences a debrief.
Through this guided debrief, every voice is heard, mental models are united, and actions are agreed upon.
It works because it’s the team improving their own dynamics and performance through a methodical, proven, model and process that enables them to take ownership.

Typically quarterly.
The assessment takes ~10 minutes for each team member to provide insights into how important vs how present each condition is.
Over the course of the year, we’re able to then monitor trends and take action accordingly.
If you’d like to assess more frequently, that is an option.

First, we kick off by meeting to understand what you’re wanting to achieve in the next 90 days with your team.
We then will kick off this process:
Gather data via Squadify assessment
Review data findings with leader
Debrief with entire team
Action plan as an entire team
Post-team debrief with leader
We repeat this process ~quarterly.

Teams might be direct reporting teams. They can also be cross functional project teams and even leadership teams.
A team is 3-16 folks who are tasked with coming together to drive business results.

Included in the cost is a year’s worth of assessments with Squadify, and by regularly assessing and recalibrating with the team, we’re increasing the long lasting impacts of this process.

Employee surveys offer company sentiment, not immediate team sentiment.
Employee surveys then are cut based on the manager, but the responses don’t provide insights into how their team can and should improve.

For a year’s access to Squadify, the base cost is $600.
Here is a rough sample and approximation of the annual cost if a team of 10 were to do quarterly assessments and debriefs for 1 year:

$10,000 - for quarterly 90-min full team guided debrief + coaching
$4,000 - for quarterly 45-min leader debrief + coaching
It’s also feasible that some debriefs and discussions might result in requesting additional training or 1:1 coaching for individuals. The cost of those instances would be assessed separately.
