I work with driven leaders and executives to scale their impact, increase their impact, and expand their effectiveness.

We kick off our coaching relationship by gaining alignment on how we want to work together, we define goals, and we identify your values.
I start with understanding your values because we need to understand your internal operating system. Your values become our guiding posts for decisions and they become our gut check when we’re troubleshooting challenges.
For many of my clients, we’ll also start with a leadership self assessment to identify your strengths and the internal assumptions that are at risk of holding you back.
Our sessions are 45-minutes long and we typically meet every 2-3 weeks.
