Our first session is all about you and strengthening your voice and impact as a leader.
Then we get very tactical in the following sessions.
You will learn the keys to powerful 1:1s and team meetings. You'll learn a proven framework for how to deliver feedback, and even how to handle reactions to feedback.
Then we shift into team culture and performance.
You will learn the 3Cs - the proven Conditions for Success for high performing teams.
With that knowledge, you'll then take a journey into how to develop your people beyond just a promotion (hint: there are 8 ways to develop your people).
And you'll wrap up the course learning a valuable framework for leading career conversations with your people.

The training course is capped at 12 leaders.
Development happens through conversation, and a small group enables us to go deep and address the real challenges and vulnerabilities facing managers and leaders today.
Because there are leaders from a number of different organizations, each person also gets to expand their perspective and learn from their peers.

For individuals, the cost is $850. That includes 9 hours of development, an 85-page hard copy learning guide, and additional resources emailed as topics arise.

The instructor is Katie Ceccarini, a Certified Executive Coach & Facilitator. She’s been managing and leading people for 20 years. She spent 10 years leading Customer Success training at Yelp and then was Head of Learning & Development at Opendoor where she built out their management and leadership programming. Now she works with companies like eBay, Munchkin, Reddit, Discover, and VMware to develop their people.
